Canyon Creek Whitewater Adventure A beautiful wilderness run in Trinity County Canyon Creek has long been a favorite for locals, but now this spectacular run is open for commercial rafters and kayakers. The creek boasts a substantial elevation drop eliminating any stretches of flat water. Exciting ClassIII and IV rapids promise to keep you on your toes the entire trip, but don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for the abundant wildlife along the banks. Crystal clear waters flow down from the majestic Trinity Alps making one of the major tributaries to the main stem of the Trinity River. Flows are raftable from the beggining of May until the end of June. Warning: Not recommended for inexperienced rafters. All participants must be experienced paddlers,competent swimmers, and in good physical condition. Due to the extreme difficulty of this run, all participants will be required to pass the ClassV paddlers test.
